Inspired by the octopus, this print mirrors their intricate skin pigmentation. Like the octopus, I've used layers of colourful spots, tucked amid these spots lie concealed drawings of seated and reclining figures, and faces all drawn in overlapping dots giving birth to curious creatures and faces. This artwork has created new work of its own some of these creatures I drew, some are new to me and to science! This is a luxurious pure silk satin mid-length skirt available to order. Also, available in more affordable and easier care, though it has to be said rather less special faux silk.

Silk: Dry clean only recommended, can be hand washed in cold water with silk detergent. Poly: Wash at 86°F, low tumble dry heat, hang to dry, do not wring, low heat iron.
