Stripey Man

This unique character is inspired by a life drawing of my boyfriend. Instead of traditional shading, I used stripes to define the form, this was his pose, it just happens to look like he is swimming or diving, resulting in an anatomically correct aquatic wonder created with marker pen. Available in various colors and styles, this character adds a touch of naked fun to any ensemble.

From a distance, some variations form diamond-shaped geometric patterns, while others feature a simple repeat of diagonal lines. In some designs, the swimmer dives into and out of himself, creating intricate and beautiful patterns. There are also abstract versions where the character is layered over himself, he's like love child of Busby Berkely and the Invisible Man!
